Join us on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 for the Belleville High School Safer Streets Plan Virtual Public Meeting to learn more about possible pedestrian and bicycle safety improvements around Belleville High School. Learn about recommendations to make walking and bicycling to the high school safer and more comfortable for all!

The recommendations are based on a study of four streets around the school and address the public feedback received during a temporary bike lane demonstration installed on Division Avenue last fall.

This effort is part of the Complete Streets Technical Assistance Program, a collaboration between Sustainable Jersey, the Voorhees Transportation Center at Rutgers University, and the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA). Funded by the NJTPA,
the program supports municipal efforts to make a safer, more connected road network for all users.
