The Belleville Department of Recreation & Cultural Affairs wants to remind everyone that the 2012 Recreation Baseball & Softball season is coming soon as spring is just around the corner. The program, which runs from April to June, consists of multiple leagues conducted for boys and girls ages 5 – 15.
 
Player registration is now open and applications can be obtained at the Rec. House at 407 Joralemon Street. Please bring applications, along with birth certificate and proof of residency, to the office on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Applications are also available for those interested in becoming a volunteer coach. The deadline for player registration is Friday, February 24, 2012.

License renewal drop off will be available. Please bring a check or money order and renewal notice. Cash is not accepted. The Health Department will be collecting non-perishable foods on this date for a local food pantry.
