Camp Belleville Program Registration
Registration is now open for the Recreation Department’s Camp Belleville program. The program takes place the Rec House (Grades K-6) and School #9 Playground (Grades 3-8) locations and runs for six weeks from late June through early August. Applications can be submitted at the Recreation Department office, open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please note that program space is limited and spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

A Program to Get Young Bowlers Rolling!

The Belleville Recreation Department is sponsoring a Weekly Bowling Program for Boys and Girls between the ages of 5 and 14. The Program will be held at Brunswick Zone Belleville, located at 679 Washington Ave, Belleville. Boys and girls, ages five through seven, will bowl in a Bumper Program.

All Essex County Residents are invited to Essex County's Computer & Electronics Recycling Day on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Essex County Fleet Maintenance Garage, 99 West Bradford Avenue, Cedar Grove, NJ. Essex County residents must provide proof of residency at the site.

Economic Stimulus Plan
The Mayor and Municipal Council, with the assistance of Interim Township Manager Kevin M. Esposito, are pleased to announce the implementation of the "Township of Belleville 2012 Economic Stimulus Plan". The Plan will assist 'Belleville" businesses in developing new customers while rewarding existing customers with the first "cross-promotional" event in the history of our Township.
The plan calls for the printing over one million dollars in "Belleville BUCS". Yes, that is correct,we will print over one million dollars in "Belleville BUCS" in the form of a coupon designed to look like a dollar bill or "BUC". The BUCS will be printed with our school mascot "The Buccaneer" on the face of the BUC, which also helps promote "pride" in our School district. Various business will be featured on the flip side of the "BUC".
