Seasonal Influenza Vaccine

The Belleville Health Department will be offering seasonal influenza vaccine for Belleville Residents beginning in September.  Non-perishable food donations for a local food pantry would be appreciated.

Residents interested must pre-register by calling 973-450-3394 or 973-450-3390

Free Rabies Clinic

There will be a Free Rabies Clinic on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Fire Heaquarters, 275 Franklin Ave., from 10 a.m. to noon.

The Health Department will be collecting non-perishable food on this date for a local food pantry.

10th Annual “Just a Party”

On Wednesday, September 24th, 2014, Mayor Raymond Kimble and the Municipal Council are holding its 10th annual street fair, “Just A Party”.  This event will once again be held at the Walgreens Shopping Plaza on Franklin Avenue between Joralemon and Continental Avenues, Belleville, NJ from 6pm to 10pm. The rain date is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2014.

Come support a spectacular evening of outdoor dining and dancing featuring musical entertainment by The Cameos, Ray Cetrell, Park Avenue, The Captain and O’Neill along with the legendary performer “JOE PISCOPO.”

Thomas J. Agosta has been named the new Municipal Department Head of Recreation.

10th Annual Just A Party

The Mayor and Council will present the 10th Annual Just a Party on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 6 - 10 p.m. The rain date will be on Monday, September 29, 2014. Join us at Walgreen's Plaza on Franklin Avenue.

There will be the Cameos along with a line-up of other bands.

There will be rides for the children, along with games, popcorn, tattoos, face painting, ice cream, and much more! This is the time where the adults and children can have a wonderful evening, so don't miss this Belleville annual event.

The Montclair Health Departments wants residents to know about a new mosquito-borne virus that is common in the Caribbean Islands.  The Chikungunya Virus has infected people living in or visiting many Caribbean islands, including the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico and the US or British Virgin Islands.
