Senior Citizens Programming
Welcome to the Belleville Senior Recreation Center, your community hub for fun, connection, and wellness. Belleville residents aged 50 and over are invited to register for the Senior Pass Program, which provides full access to the center and all its activities. Enjoy weekly bingo, arts and crafts sessions, use of our pool table and bocce court, and join us for organized trips and special events throughout the year.

Dial-A-Ride
Dial-A-Ride: 973-450-3402
- Service available for Belleville residents ages 60 & over and disabled adults ages 18 &over
- Transportation for medical appointments to Belleville, Bloomfield, and Nutley. Mountainside for Dialysis Patients ONLY
- Local transportation for supermarkets and to the Senior Recreation Center for all events.
- Service available Monday to Friday from 9AM to 2PM. Last call for pick up is at 1:45pm.
- Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance and must be registered with our Dial-a-ride Service.
Notes: Dial-A-Ride is not an emergency or medical transport service. Please call 9-1-1 if there is an emergency or an appropriate ambulance service for medically supported transportation. Driver’s may escort passengers from exterior door to exterior door, and may assist with bags of a reasonable weight. Please note there is a two bag maximum on food shopping bus.
