1st Ward Councilwoman Tracy Juanita Muldrow

Councilwoman Tracy Juanita Muldrow is a proud First Ward resident. Residing in Silver Lake with her husband, Richard, Tracy is an involved member of the First Ward Community.

Tracy began her public service to the people and children of Belleville on the Board of Education as a Trustee, where she served until her election to the Council.

Councilwoman Muldrow is actively involved in various community-driven organizations, such as the Silver Lake Civic Association.

Tracy comes from a background of educators, public servants, members of the armed forces, and clergy.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from William Paterson University, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Special Education from New Jersey City University and an Education Specialist degree from Arkansas State University. Tracy has worked in the field of education for the past 17 years, serving as a special education teacher, intervention specialist and her most recent role as an instructional supervisor.

Councilwoman Muldrow believes that service is the bedrock of community involvement and is always looking for new ways to improve Belleville.

From investing in recreation for families, strengthening public safety, standing up to traffic congestion, and empowering municipal employees—Councilwoman Tracy Juanita Muldrow will always put Belleville First.
