REVALUATION OF ALL REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF BELLEVILLE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Belleville in the Municipal Clerk's Office, 152 Washington Ave, Belleville, NJ 07109, on
Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, for the following:
Request for Proposals from Individuals and/or Firms Interested in providing "Property Revaluation Services" for the Township of Belleville, NJ.
Successful applicants will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. (N.J.A.C. 17-27) (Equal Employment Opportunity) and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, et seq. (New Jersey Business Registration).
The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Township of Belleville to do so.
