The Township of Belleville is currently seeking dedicated residents to serve on the Rent Leveling Board. There is one (1) Tenant Representative position and one (1) Homeowner Representative position
available.

These are great opportunities to become actively involved in the community, provide a voice for tenants and property owners, and participate in matters related to rent control and landlord-tenant relations in the Township of Belleville.

(1) TENANT REPRESENTATIVE

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a tenant residing in a rental property in Belleville
• Commitment to attend regular Board meetings
• Interest in fair housing practices and rent control policies
• Willingness to fairly consider matters involving both tenants and property owners

(1) HOMEOWNER REPRESENTATIVE

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a homeowner/property owner in Belleville
• Commitment to attend regular Board meetings
• Interest in fair housing practices and rent control policies
• Willingness to fairly consider matters involving both property owners and tenants
