Alva Street is now a Residential Permit Parking Street between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM. 

Residents of Alva Street can obtain these Residential Parking permits through the Code Enforcement Department at Belleville Town Hall, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M..
