Home Improvement Program (HIP) Informational Workshop
Posted April 09, 2026The Township of Belleville invites residents to attend an informational workshop about the Home Improvement Program (HIP), which provides forgivable loans of up to $22,000 for eligible home repairs.
Who Is Eligible
This program is available to Belleville homeowners who live in their property, including:
- One-family homes
- Two-family homes (owner-occupied)
Eligible Improvements May Include
- Heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Roofing, gutters, exterior siding, and windows
- Doors, insulation, and more
Workshop Dates & Times
- Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Monday, April 20, 2026 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
