The Township of Belleville has scheduled public hearings for the purpose of developing the FY 2026 Community Development Block Grant Applications under the Essex County Community Development Program.  The Public Hearings are scheduled for Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., in the Township Council Chambers, and, for Thursday, December 11, 2025  at 6:00 p.m., in the Township Council Chambers, located at 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, NJ.  The purpose of the Public Hearings is to provide information about the program requirements and objectives, and to discuss the FY 2026 project funding.  The public is invited to attend.  In addition, the public may present projects for funding consideration.
