Belleville's First Hispanic Heritage Festival, Rhythm & Roots, celebrating the vibrant cultures of Latin America through dance, music, and art!  From Mariachi and Salsa to Flamenco and Folkloric Dance the community came together for live performances, student art displays, complimentary hair braiding, and more.   When Salsa Night got rained out, we came back bigger and prouder than ever.  Don't forget to bring your lawn chairs to watch all the performances.  We will also have food and music.
