Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Municipal Council of the Township of Belleville have scheduled a SPECIAL MEETING on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. at Town Hall 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey, 2nd Floor Council Chambers.

The purpose of this meeting to the extent known is as follows:

• Resolution#l 99-2025 Amending the CY 2025 Municipal Budget
• Resolution#202-2025 Cancelling community benefit payment appropriated reserve $1,000,000.00
• Resolution#203-2025 Awarding fair and open contract for professional services to Colliers Engineering & Designs, Inc., for Greenwich Street, Berkeley Avenue, Lloyd Place, and Sycamore Drive, Tappan Avenue, Essex Street improvements
• Resolution#204-2025 Awarding fair and open contract for professional services to Colliers Engineering & Designs, Inc., for 2025 watermain and lead service line replacement-Charles Street and Center Street
• Resolution#205-2025 Awarding fair and open contract for professional services to Colliers Engineering & Designs, Inc., for main Street improvements-NJDOT-LTDF 2023
• Resolution#206-2025 Awarding a contract to Murray Paving Concrete, LLC for Washington Avenue fire station #2 kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Introduction of Ordinance #54-25 Authorizing the approval of Pilot application and authorizing a financial agreement for long term tax exemption at the 254-256 and 258-260 Washington Avenue redevelopment (Old Belleville Hall /Elks)
• Any other business that properly comes before the Mayor and Municipal Council
