The Belleville Police Department is once again partnering with the Board of Education to bring our Belleville residents grades 6-12 a FREE SELF-DEFENSE & FIRST AID/CPR CLASS!

 

This class will include information on risk reduction, risk avoidance as well as instruction on a number of realistic hands-on techniques and will provide attendees with the knowledge to make decisions about safety and resistance. In addition, our attendees will also learn basic live saving first-aid techniques and CPR instruction. This course will be taught at the new state of the art Belleville Indoor Training Facility by certified Belleville Police instructors who specialize in self-defense tactics and first-aid.
