The Township of Belleville Clerk's Office and Essex County Clerk's office will be offering Services for Notary Oaths, US Adult Passports (Ages 16 years and up) and US Child Passports (Ages 0-15 years) by APPOINTMENT ONLY.  All slots currently filled.  No more available.  Stay tuned for more dates in the future.
