Landlords are REQUIRED by Law to furnish their tenants with HEAT for any Buildings, Apartments or Business Establishments under the following conditions:

WHEN THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE FALLS BELOW 55

Day

Between the hours of 6:00am and 11:00pm - the inside temperature is REQUIRED and must be at a minimum temperature of 68° F.

Night

Between the hours of 11:00pm and 6:00am, the Inside temperature is REQUIRED and must be at a minimum temperature of 65° F.
