Heating Requirements for Buildings, Apartments or Business Establishments
Posted October 05, 2022Landlords are REQUIRED by Law to furnish tenants with heat for any Buildings, Apartments or Business Establishment
The following Temperatures must be maintained:
When the outside temperature is 55° For below
68° F. Between 6:ooAM-11:00PM
&
65° F. Between 11:00PM - 6:00AM
