With regret, this announcement is to inform you that today's Chinese New Year Lantern Launch has been cancelled. 
 
Later today, there is a combination of snow and rain in the weather forecast.   These combined weather conditions, in addition to the current snow fall totals at the Municipal Stadium complex, unfortunately, leaves us with no other choice.
