In an effort to provide a safe and convenient process to register for Spring 2021 programs the Recreation Department is offering an online solution.

Register now for T-Ball, Baseball, Softball, or Track & Field by following these quick and easy steps:

• Download the Spring Application 2021 (Adobe Acrobat Recommended) 
• Complete the application with your information and click Save
• Email completed application to Rec@BellevilleNJ.org with your child's name in the subject line

Residents whose children have previously participated in a Recreation program will not be required to produce their child's birth certificate. Proof of residency will be required upon start of the season.

Applications may still be submitted in-person at the Rec House (face mask required to enter the building)
