As of Monday, May 18th, 2020 Governor Murphy is allowing nonessential retail stores to be to open and provide curbside pickup only.  Nonessential construction is also permitted to resume and the Belleville Construction Department will be resuming regular business hours Monday - Friday 8 am- 4 pm. These adjustments that the state is providing are very encouraging but still must be addressed in a very safe manner. We continue to encourage all residents to always wear a face-guard when out in the public!
